At Urban Jungle, we're passionate about bringing the beauty of nature indoors through a carefully curated selection of tropical plants. Our mission is to provide you with a wide range of the more uncommon and variegated plant species you cannot find at big box stores or most local shops that will transform your living spaces into green sanctuaries. Alongside these exceptional plants, we also offer a variety of plant accessories to enhance your plant life.
Meet our owner and founder:
Following the death of my brother in January 2022, I received a lemon lime dracaena as a bereavement gift from my neighbor. Up until this point it had been over 10 years since I'd had any plants as I'd given up after a hefty handful of failures ranging from peace lilies to succulents. My heart was in shambles from my brother's death but here was this small piece of life I had been gifted and I was determined to keep it alive! A few weeks went by and the dracaena was thriving! It was indescribable the joy this plant was giving me and I thought to myself, "maybe I could have a green thumb...?" so I bought another plant and then another and then another. This went on for about a year and a half as my acquisitions grew increasingly more and more exotic. Along the way, I began sharing my joy with friends and family by gifting them plants and I realized the level of happiness it brought was something I wanted to share on a larger scale and thus, Urban Jungle was born.
